First week of the diet is down, many many more to go. Overall, I think it was good.
My progress so far is either a 1 lb loss or a 3.1 lb loss.
The two options originate from the very first weight reading. On the first day, I clocked in at 286.2, but the days after were on average much lower than that. I think that the 286.2 reading was an anomaly. With the high initial start, I would be on track to losing 3.5 lb/week. That seems excessive. Without the initial high start, I would be losing about 1.2 lb/week which is much closer to the 1.5 lb/week that I intended to be losing. With the Chili party over the weekend throwing me off for one day, I feel the 1.2 lb/week reading is correct so that is what I am going with.
The Chili party threw off my Sunday intake, but it was worth it. Sooooo many great chili's to try. The rest of the days have been on track so the future loss is looking good. More updates each week!
